Last month I performed total 725 Laparoscopic tubectomy operations successfully in Jodhpur Rajasthan, out of it 125 cases were having H/O one cesarean delivery, 45 cases were having H/O two caesarian delivery and 4 cases were having H/O three caesarian deliveries. I broke the myth that Laparoscopic tubectomy is contraindicated in ladies having H/O caesarian delivery. We can move forward in abdomen very slowly and gently by blunt dissection under direct vision. We can remove adhesions by laparoscope itself and with its prongs till tubes become visible, than we can easily block them and after that we can withdraw laparoscope.
