We as medical practitioners are always at the receiving end. Consumer protection act,MTP act, Blood Bank Establishment act,Organ donation act. Sex determination act and now Clinic establishment act.We have a renowned and honest doctor as Health Minister. So this is an opperrtunity where we and our associations can influence certain provisions of this act and make it more doctor and patient friendly.
