A 46 year old female, from farmer family, came to me with a nodular lump in Lt breast ,no pain, hard 3*3 cm, no Lymph nodes palpable in axilla, breast is larger than opposite. No relief with treatment in her town's nursing home.

Mammography with reports posted, all radiological features of malignant lump are present, there is hypo-echoic, irregular margins, punctuate calcification.
