Having h/o left iliac fossa pain since 20 days. Had h/o recurrent UTI t/t taken. All blood investigation normal. Urine normal. In stool examination...EH cyst present. T/t taken.LIF pain aggravated on walking.
CT abdo & pelvis contrast WNL. MRI Spine & Pelvis ..WNL.Colonoscopy Normal. Past history..... Operated for Vericose vein 6yrs ago ,OpenTubal Ligation 4yrs ago. What could be DD of pain . What other investigation we should do.
