Kindly give your opinions on: Can doctors dispense medicines from their clinic and charge the patient for it? What is the legal status of a clinical assistant or medical assistant ?

Can they write clinical notes in hospital case sheet on behalf of the consultant and also sign them ? Can BAMS / BHMS etc be employed in Allopathic hospitals to work under MBBS doctors?
