Hello everyone! Below is attached the clinical photograph of the lesion present on right knee of a female patient. T he patient had fallen off from a vehicle appx 10-12 yrs back, and did nt have taken tetanus injection. Now this lesion is like that with itching on skin.

The extent of lesion is same as from beginning. As such patient does not have any problem. Please suggest the diagnosis and wt could be the possible treatment plans?
