A 60 years old woman complaining of pain, burning around Lt side of neck, starting from center of the chest neck anteriorly to center of the back of the neck and upper back. Few groups of tiny VESICLES are scattered in an area described. She is a patient of senile depression.

What could be the probable diagnosis? How can we treat this patient?
