I'm a pediatrician and commonly facing problem when patients come with complaints of loss of appetite. I am doing all investigation of liver profile but nothing to be find out in any investigation. Giving digestive enzymes, and doing de-worming, but  parents not giving satisfactory reply regarding loss of appetite.

What can I do next?
