A femail patient of 49 year age received a diagnosis of breast Carzinoms 4 months ago. She was operated and receive radiotherapy. As anti-hormonal therapy she receives an aromatase inhibitor. Well complained the patient that she is no longer able to exercise after treatment.

The vocal cords were "too dry" and she could no longer produce the sound. An ENT doctor has examined the woman and found-and, unfortunately, no known pathologies no advice. This is very frustrating for the woman. Has anyone a good idea?
