Description- 72 year old woman, had breast cancer surgery, received adjuvant systemic treatment with tamoxifen 20 mg/day. Patient developed skin rash, so it was discontinued after 2 weeks. Then patient underwent a radiotherapy of left breast.

After finishing radiotherapy, patient has developed a maculopapular erythema on left breast. How to proceed now?
