My wife 62/f has had mass in RT. Breast for about 3 months without informing me. Pet investigation showed a1cm*1cm metastatic lesion in the liver. So before mastectomy, (gene turned out to be triple negative. She was given two doses of TAC (I presume because I was in severe depression at that time). The liver lesion completely is gone and after mastectomy, she was classified as 4th stage TNBC. Had remission for about 6 months.
After that recurrence started and weekly Cyclophosphamide with Gembicin and Anthracycline was started. The treating oncologist by this time lost hope and was in favour of stopping all medicines. Though she is a diabetic and hypertensive, her vital systems are functioning well. She is active and normal now. Can our friends suggest any further management? I just want to prolong her life even a month or two also better.
