A 71 year old with a c/o breathlessness, pedal Edema, BP 140/100 mm Hg, CBC normal, Uric Acid 9, TFT Normal, Lipids Normal, KFT Normal, ECG - AF, with AS Mycardial Infarct. (2-3 weeks history). He is currently on Nebivolol, aspirin, metoprolol 25 mg, Furosemide 1 OD. BP is not controlled by the current medications.

There was suggestion to switch to cilnidipine 10 mg BID. What would you suggest further line of management and medications ?
