A patient with the second gravida previous ISCS imp. USG showing dead fetus corresponding to 17 weeks. For the mode of termination, I used 800 mcg misoprostol intravaginal.
After 24 hrs, had the profuse bout of bleeding. Passed clots and managed, for conservation started 10 amp oxytocin drip for next12 hrs. What could be the further management?
