A 45 year old female with history of menorrhagia and dysmenorrhea for past 2 yrs. She has 3 normal deliveries & normal menstrual cycle. On Transvaginal USG she is diagnosed as adenomyosis.

What can be the management of this case except hysterectomy? Please provide your valuable advice regarding the above case.
