A 34 years old patient came with bleeding per vagina last 15 days with h/o of medical termination of pregnancy one month back for about 50 days pregnancy. USG was suggestive of RPOC hence went for evacuation. As patient didn't get her period after one month, she visited my clinic. Her pregnancy test was positive, so USG advised . USG showed normal size uterus with heterogeneous irregular echogenicity of 19x13 mm size in uterine cavity blood flow seen with color doppler. Ovaries normal size and shape, no mass or fluid in Pouch of Douglas. Serum b HCG was 1023.
Her BP 112/80, Pulse 84/min, Urine Albumin Negative. Advice for D&C for Histopathology. But, as she refused so Misoprostol 800mcg given. Pt didn't turn up with bleeding.
