A 27 year old woman, presented with primary infertilty on assessment she has been found to be a case of right hydrosalpinx and fimbrial block with normal patent left tube. My question is whether we should go for IUI first or surgery for hydrosalpinx and then IUI /IVF.?
How can this be managed ? Share your opinion.
