A 40Y/F non-hypertensive, non-Diabetic c/o Mild Swelling over face and Body, referred to me by Family Physician, She came with Thyroid Function Test Report which was s/o low T3 33.7 (70-204), T4 4.46(5- 12.5), TSH 1.26. On Local Examination Gland was moving well with deglutition and no Dysphagia or Dysphonia. I asked her to follow-up after 2 weeks with Repeat Thyroid Function Test with TPO AB, ESR vit USG neck. As of now prescribed her with just Vitamins and Calcium supplementation.
Anything else apart for her management? Is Thyroxine indicated in this case? Please throw some light in management of such kind of cases. Regards
