Modified radical Mastoidectomy was done for extensive cholesteatoma in highly cellular mastoid. Middle & Post. fossa dura got exposed. Obliteration of mastoid cavity with free muscle grafts was done.
Muscle grafts have been absorbed & there is no epithelialization of mastoid. The patient did not turn up for dressing/follow up and developed polyp/granulations in mastoid cavity which were removed 2 months after surgery. Now cavity is dry for the last 2-3 months. What should be the further steps in management?
