A 30-year-old female married for 3 years a case of primary infertility. All her investigation are normal except USG showing small (2 to 3 cm) persistent left adnexal cyst (Haemorrhagic cyst, endometriotic). She had h/o one failed IUI last month.

Now she is advised to under go for ICSI. Should she directly go for it or Hystero-laparoscopy? What will be the best management for the patient?
