A 30-year-old male patient having seronegative low activity rheumatoid arthritis (synovitis in MCP and pip joints with pain knee). Rest all blood investigation is normal including ESR and CRP. He is currently on Hydroxychloroquine 200 mg hs.

How long will he live life without a disability? What is the management of this immune disorder in your opinion?
