A primi patient (G1P0) , 35 weeks pregnant, diagnosed with dengue fever. The patient is stable , but her platelet count was 16000 for which platelet transfusion was given. now her platelet count is 21000, but is having mild bleeding per vaginum.

On USG fetus is of 35 weeks and AFI is 4 ( severe oligohydramnios). How and when pregnancy should be terminated?
