This is the recent 12 Lead ECG of a 70 yrs old woman. She is Known case of DM and she is on Tab glimepiride 1 and metformin 500 mg since last 7 years. HbA1c is 7.7 and FBS is 168. She has past History of Depression and she was on some anti depressant which she has been advised to stop 1 yr ago. She has developed exertional dyspnoea since last 1 month.
Her CBC and Physical examination are normal. Kindly go through this ECG and diagnose the condition. Moreover What management would you suggest for her? ECG changes are new onset.
