A 6 year old girl child came to me with history of fever for 4 days,cough with sputum for 3 days . No headache/vomiting/diarrhoea/rhinorrhoea/PND/sneezing/ throat pain Bowel & bladder habits normal.Sleeping & appetite normal.No perianal itching. She said ,she took deworming medicine few years before.She doesn`t see worms in stools.No medicines have been taken for the present condition yet.
