70y male with rest pain since 10 days,ct peripheral angiogram showing aorto iliac occlusive disease (complete block)even extending to b/l femoral vessels with collateral s formation, abscent peripheral pulses.pt had h/o DM(incontrol),HTN(160/80),RT.Hemiplegia,stopped smoking (14yback).on coronary angiography double vessel disease (70-80%block).pt had ulcer over rt.foot and pressure sores at gluteal region(due to sitting position). Suggest management options whether to do surgery or not?
