The easing of the lockdown in various states of India has resulted in a surge of COVID-19 positive cases. To tackle the situation, the government is now struggling to formulate and implement strategies that can control the spread of the disease while allowing the conductance of daily activities. In a similar attempt, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has addressed a letter to India’s states, requesting them to conduct serological surveys to track the spread of the disease.
