A 55 years old woman has severe pain in the chest in the evening and her blood pressure is generally raised. Her husband is medical consultant who told that all tests including echocardiography, Coronary angiography, CT angiography are normal and no diagnosis has been made so far, the possibility maybe of microvascular cardiac x syndrome.

My query: Is there any diagnostic tests to confirm this disease and is there any relationship with hypertension and aggravation of symptoms. Kindly share.
