A lady of aged 38 years had chest pain and investigated for CAHD and TMT was positive  with Echo being normal two months ago in another hospital by a Physician. Since TMT positive she has undergone CAG and reported as normal by an interventional cardiologist.She was seen by me recently one month ago and CAG being reviewed by me showing milking effect in the LAD territory very nicely.So, it is decided to do CT angiography to rule out Myocardial bridge.

The CT angiography  done on 16.08.2017 shows an area of myocardial bridging noted in distal course of LAD(after the origin of 2nd diagonal branch) for  a length of 9 mm and depth of less than 2 mm- the Radiologist's report. Otherwise the CT is normal.The lady is being planned to be referred to Cardiothoracic surgeon for exploring the possibility of cutting the myocardial bridge surgically to release the LAD from compression.But  my…
