While i was going with my family to a tourist place, we have seen a road accident where two children (around 5yrs,8yrs) are safe with minor abrasions. Their mother had severe head injury and father was in unconscious state. We have seen them and i was going to help him with BLS procedure . But my parents initially said to leave them. "Someone will take him to hospital"..they said. I convinced my family to help them.

I did CPR and he came to conscious state. We took them to nearby hospital in an ambulance. Then we went on to our work. I felt so satisfied then. The latest survey on March 2015 by Save Lives Foundation gives following results which is a wakeup call 74% bystanders are unlikely to assist a victim of serious injury irrespective of whether they are alone at the accident spot or in a group 77% said they were unlikely to help accident victims because hospitals unnecesarily…
