A 26-year-old woman presents saying she needs to see a plastic surgeon as her nose is too long and big. She feels that people around her continuously comment about her nose, even behind her back. Rather she does not believe her friends even when they reassure that her nose is fine. This has affected her confidence, she prefers staying home or hides her nose while going out.
