The case was 65 years old female suffering from back pain and low backache for a long time, treated with nimesulide 100 mg and paracetamol 1500 mg, ofloxacin  400 mg in divided dose/ day after the CBC RA factor, widal and urine examination [routine and microscopic] give very satisfactory & prompt response to patient and she relieved with above investigation and treatment within 21 days.
