It was reported through many media reports that many private hospitals have started DNB, DNB Super Speciality or FNB courses in their hospital as they got residents undergoing such trainees who work almost 24x7 in these hospitals with limited leaves in the year and are paid hardly rupees thirty to forty thousand per month. This amount is paid as salary so that they correct their income tax return nicely but students have to pay tax so such DNB or FNB students get only rupees twenty to twenty-five thousand only while the hospital earns lacs to crores from patients by utilising round the clock work of these students.
