Neccessary investigations and safest treatment for female pt. who's k/c/o RA,HTN and Epilepsy.

A 60 yrs female pt.comes to my clinic with complain of generalise edema,severe weakness,breathlessness,severe multiple joints pain, and all deformity of all 4 limbs digit.she's k/c/o 1.HTN for which she's taking tab.UDP-AT 1 after breakfast, 2.Epilepsy for which she's taking tab.Eptoin 1 hs, 3. Rheumatoid arthritis for which she's taking tab. MTX(7.5) 2 tab. Once aweek,tab.

HCQS(200) 1 hs,tab prednisolone 1 hs. She's taking prednisolone since10 months than suddenly stop.then after few days gen.edema occur and the symptoms becomes more aggressive.I adviced her to do Basic blood investigations,RFT,LFT,s.calcium,RA factor etc. kindly guide me which else investigations I should edvice to her?and which is safest treatment for her?
