Please see this pic, this is from my driver father, Hypertensive,  no DM, it's cellulitis extending to thigh but no fever. Last year an tropical ulcer like, healed completely, now the condition shown in the picture, sent him to hospital for admission, waiting for diagnosis & treatment.
