How to mangage a patient with normal HbA1c(between 6.1-6.8) but with raised levels of both fasting and PP blood glucose levels(Fasting-120-150 and PP 180-220)-I have more than 2 patients with such results and this has been on multiple occasions in different labs.In such a situation should the dose of hypoglycaemic drugs be increased or will it lead to hypoglycaemia.
