A 20-year-old girl otherwise normal complained of amenorrhea for 2 months and the last menstrual bleed was less than normal as before. UPT came negative USG abdomen shows no signs of cysts in the ovary Other abdominal organs perfectly healthy  No complaints of any weight gain in the past.

What can be the diagnosis for this case?
