A recent paper in a well-known journal Nature Medicines has discussed the role of previously undocumented immune cells that interact with a nervous system that can have a direct effect on the fat metabolism. Researchers have conducted initial experiments and explored the underlying mechanism on the genetically modified mice. Later, they collected human samples and a similar mechanism was confirmed.
