Twenty years back teaching staff was 1 professor, 4 associate professor & 6 lecturers for 100 undergraduate students but now it is 1/3 as 1 professor, 1 associate & only 1 lecturer, 4 tutors are not subject export. Staff is not enough. MCI & ministry was managed by private colleges lobby. Examination system is poor & narrow no proper mark system for practical.
Poor std.doctors coming out is the serious issue, no problem of exit examination but at each level, if NYC conducts proper examination then students will not get the burden of exit examination. By bringing old staff position & old examination system by NMC only improve teaching for UG & PG courses. For renewal of registration after every 5 years keep examination for teachers also.
