30/F went under unilateral oophorectomy in 2009 for granulosa cell tumour.after that taken 4 cyles of chemo.but got mets on anterior bladder wall so suggested to get done Pan hysterectomy & had it done in 2012.Unfortunately again developed mets as iliacus nodule.So kindly guide me is there any means to prevent such recurrences.I mean whether chemo/radio will help?
