We should have one medical council for registration. My suggestion is: 1. If we have MCI registration then there should be no need to register in each individual state medical council, and no need to take NOC from the previous council. 2.we have to just inform that I have started my practice in your state and my MCI registration no.xxxx. 3.taking NOC, doing registration is time and money consuming.
It is harassing doctors only. If you have driving licence of one state then it's valid all over India, there is no need to register in each individual state. Then why do we have to suffer from this old law? So, how do you think to throw away this old illogical rules?
