A young lady has a history of repeated oral ulcers. This time she has several small ulers on the right mucosal part of the lower lip. It stared with a single ulcer now she has at least 8 to10 ulcers. She is taking rinifol tablets and local application of mucogel.

Can any body help in the diagnosis and line of treatment? They don't look like like aphthous ulcers. Could the be herpes simplex and what be the line of treatment?
