Over The Counter Drugs. Does it really exist in India. Pharmacist have become Physician. Where is MCI or FDA now.

In India we get nearly all medicine without doctors prescription. Only few drugs like sildenafil and other handful drugs needs prescription. These pharmacy stores give any medicine without prescription even antibiotics, injection, saline. We loose many patients because of this. Is there any role of MCI in this matter. Is FDA not responsible for this. As we know these pharmacy stores are run by non qualified people in others registration.

Antibiotic resistance and patient non compliance increases because of OTC. IN USA you dont get any medicine without prescription except few. If this can be stopped your patients will definitely increase. How should it be stopped. Unless patient gets serious he will not come to you. What is the solution to this problem.
