A 3 yrs old girl patient complains of pain & swelling with 54 & 64. RCO done, medication prescribed but swelling not resolved. BMP done. After 3 days swelling subsided.

But while irrigation with normal saline, 54 bleeds. What should be treatment line? Please suggest.
