Patient walks in a complaint of mild pain in right maxilary anterior region after getting 12 rc treated few months back. on palpation a small nodular mass around the apex of lateral incisor was felt which according to the patient was mildly tender. upon IOPA , it was normal no anomaly was detected in IOPA the obuturation was satisfactory.

now the pt is on mild pain killer anitbiotic . what could it be.
