Miss AG 27 years old unmarried high profile manager in a software company reports to the ICU with 2 hours h/o palpitations & feeling of tightness in the chest. She had similar attacks in the past which have started abruptly at rest. She has no h/o heart disease, any medications or any other medical problems. She takes limited alcohol in the weekly parties.
