A 45 year old female with history of sudden onset paralysis of one half of body(sparing the face) & loss of sensation over the same with no history of fever ,headache.on examination ,there was flaccid tone,loss of sensation, absence of deep reflex and plantar response was also absent,what may be the diagnosis,&cause?
