Dear Doctors, One of my patients aged around 40years is suffering from partial impotency affecting his sexual life. He is an avid smoker, Social Drinker and has a 25 year history of being on Beta Blockers.

Is it safe to prescribe Sildenafil in this subject and if yes....what would be the correct dose?
