10yr old female complained of passing small worms in urine for last 15 days.Tiny sized worms were seen floating in groups and individually with two reddish stings. She was given SYR albendazole thrice in 15 days, with some relief. Urine -wnl USG-normal What is the diagnosis?

Are we dealing with a nematode strongyloides? Can anyone like to share similar problem?
