This current article will cover other considerations that play a very important role during decision-making for passive euthanasia. The medical establishment, treating doctors, any involved government agency or any agency responsible for bearing the treatment expenses may also be permitted to approach the High Court if they so desire. The High Court after following the due process will give its ruling as to the present condition, the timing and manner of steps to be undertaken for alleviation of the patient’s sufferings.
