What are your opinion and experiences of diabetes care in country like India where Income level is low as compared to US and UK. I have come across many cases where lack of external support for individual patients left friends and family as the main providers of support.

Patients were not expected to have a say or challenge the decisions concerning their treatment. Would like to have suggestions, opinions, experiences from you all.
