Synopsis Uterine fibroids represent a significant health disparity for postmenopausal women. Almost 70% of white women and greater than 80% of African American women have at least one detectable uterine fibroid by the age of 50 years. The present study aims to design and establish a uterine fibroid management registry by comparing the effectiveness of available treatment options.
